The Biomedical Basis of Elite Performance 2022

We are delighted to announce the third edition of the Biomedical Basis of Elite Performance, which will return in 2022 as an in-person conference.

The meeting will provide an overview of the physiological responses to exercise in the context of human adaptation and performance and the central role that biomedical science is playing in directing understanding in this area. The programme will cover cardiovascular, neuronal, and neuromuscular physiology, along with molecular and cellular metabolism and the application of transformative methods in human physiology.
